Happy New Year FFHs!
First practice of 2018 is tomorrow,Tuesday am. (Weather note: if a "cold weather" delay is called, we should still be able to swim, but pay attention to emails etc.)
To swim with FFH, please don't forget that you MUST renew your USMS registration! This is critical becasue our liability insurance a nd our swim contracts depend on it! You have all been wonderful about this - so it's time. When you renew you get some discount codes -- great time for a new suit!! (Unless Santa brought you new jammers like Bruce).
The easiest way is to click the email USMS sends you -- it pre-loads 95% of your information, making it all very easy!

Otherwise-- a huge congratulations to our 100s swimmers! We had at least 7 I think complete 100 X 100s over the 3-4 hours that we spend in the FCHS pool! Everyone accomplished something -- 100 100s, 50 100s... It was a fun and inspiring thing to be a part of, and a very impressive showing. Next time (yes, there will be) we will give you more time to prepare for the day off!
