Kick Challenge

Coach Matt has a challenge for you…   

Beginning on December 2 and ending on December 16 you are encouraged to participate in the FFH kick challenge.

400 yards, no fins, kick board,

Each swimmer will have three (3) chances before the holiday party on Dec. 16 to enter their best time they can for the 400 kick.

You must let the coach on deck when you are going to attempt their 400 yard kick. The coach on deck will time your effort and track the entries. With each attempt the charge will be $5 – all proceeds from the Kick Challenge will be donated from our team to Matt’s Run Across Haiti

The winners will be announced at the holiday party! (wait until you see the prizes!)
