3/17/18 Swim Meet @ MLAC (Mt. Lebo Acquatic Club)

Greetings FFH-- So here we are, the mostly mandatory meet.

After the meet, we have the back room at Cornerstone for food (grab your partner etc) and drinks but being St Patty's Day-- not sure if people have other plans. So please lmk if you think you would come for food and drinks after the meet (around 7ish? so I can cancel if I need to . Thanks!

Is it really mandatory?? I want to say yes, but no.

Why should you go then? Because it is fun, it is good practice and it gets us participating in an event--- hopefully we can host one next year. No one will come to our party if we don't attend theirs.

Is this like those 5 day meets that Cory and Katie persuaded me to volunteer in February? Not even as long as one session of the 5.

Yes-- again you must be USMS registered member.

Tech suit mandatory? No. Wear any suit. DO I have to wear jammers? No.

What do I have to do? Print the form, fill it out and send a check to the address listed by 3/14.

Can I change my mind last minute? Yes, deck changes and entries are allowed.

Can I wait until then to decide? Would you like to host a party thinking 10 are coming for dinner and have 75 show?

What did you say about relays? We will do them on deck. Everyone can swim in relays

I don't know what time to list? Ask anyone who has done a meet, ask Coach, ask your kids...

What if I put down a time and it is too fast? There are no stockades on deck. All will be well.

200 mixed medley RELAY, 200 Fr, 200 IM, 50 FR, 10 min break

50 Breaststroke, 100 butterfly, 50 backstroke, 100 free 10 min break

1650 free, 200 mixed Free RELAY, 100 backstroke, 50 fly 10 minute break

100 IM, 100 breast stroke, 400 Free RELAY
